A panel of expert judges has chosen the finalists for the 2023 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards.
The lists below represent the provider finalists across four categories in the Home Care track — Building Bridges, Innovator of the Year, Keep It Super Simple and Quality, as well as vendor finalists in the Home Care track for the Tech Partner of the Year category.
Finalists for Building Bridges, Innovator of the Year, Keep It Super Simple and Quality, Home Care track:
- 24/7 Nursing Care Inc.
- Elara Caring
- Crozer Health
- Help at Home
- Nest in Place
Finalists for Tech Partner of the Year, Home Care track:
- Emerest Connect
- Outset Medical
- The Helper Bees
To arrive at the finalists, a group of 23 long-term care stakeholders judged hundreds of nominations, assessing the programs for their overall value in improving resident care and services, impact, relevance, execution and creativity.
“We once again were excited to see examples of how technology is being used in complex and simple ways to improve the lives of older adults and those who serve and care for them, and we can’t wait to share information about the winning entries and celebrate the winners with everyone,” McKnight’s Editorial Director John O’Connor said.
Award winners will be announced Wednesday, Sept. 20, at 3 p.m. ET. in a virtual ceremony capping the third annual McKnight’s Tech Awards + Summit. The awards ceremony will be preceded by three webinars — at 10:30 a.m., noon and 1:30 p.m. ET. The awards ceremony and accompanying educational sessions are free and open to everyone, but registration is required at mcknightstechawards.com.
Award winners also will be celebrated at an in-person reception Oct. 2 in Denver. More details will be announced soon.
