With Advocate Aurora Health, a hospital system in the Midwest, buying Senior Helpers, the personal care firm has more access to the care continuum. That is according to Peter Ross, CEO and co-founder of Senior Helpers. He spoke to McKnight’s Home Care Editor Liza Berger at the Home Care 100 Leadership Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, this week.
Ross also talked about using smart technology to aid caregivers and why he has a love/hate relationship with supplemental benefits offered through Medicare Advantage plans.
