Rayvelle Stallings is a board-certified family medicine physician and senior healthcare executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in academics, long-term/ post-acute care, insurance underwriting, regulatory pharmacy benefits, population health and healthcare technology. 

Her prior roles as chief medical officer of inVentiv Health, a medical management organization, and of Argus/DST Pharmacy Solutions, a pharmacy benefit management organization, provided her with experience and understanding of compliance, finance and clinical dynamics in the payer provider relationship. As corporate medical officer, Stallings has purview over more than 180 locations that serve a total of approximately 24,000 patients daily across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. This experience has been instrumental in her current role as corporate medical officer for PruittHealth. Stallings also is medical director of the company’s I-SNP Medicare Advantage health plan, PruittHealth Premier. 

Stallings’ academic and clinical management experience is fundamental to PruittHealth’s success in outlining, training and operationalizing national guidelines related to COVID-19 regulations. By sharing her knowledge of medical issues and ever-evolving guidance, specifically related to COVID-19 variants and infection control protocol, she has improved resident, patient and caregiver safety and deepened the profession’s understanding of federal and state guidelines.

She continues to be instrumental in the success of the company’s training programs. 

Stallings is a former board member for A Child’s Place, a nonprofit in Charlotte, NC, that works to reduce the effects of homelessness on children’s education.

Colleagues say that Stallings has a commitment to the professional development of others and a focus on providing high-quality patient outcomes. She values the opportunity to share her wisdom and experience to assist others in navigating the complex environment of person-centered healthcare.
