Any home care organization worth their salt knows that good communication is imperative. To streamline communication efforts, Nest In Place began using Hucu.ai Patient/Family Chat with patients and caregivers. Its success with the technology yielded the organization Gold in the Building Bridges category of the Home Care track of the 2023 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology awards.
After learning about the technology in 2021, Nest In Place owner Karen Paules forged a full-fledged working relationship with Hucu.ai. The collaboration has yielded fruit: 95% of staff respondents agreed that it saved them more than an hour in a typical day. It has also helped Paules stay connected with her employees and encouraged two-way communication between herself and staff members.
