At-home COVID-19 test instructions and package with nasal swab

Walgreens has expanded its digital health platform, Walgreens Find Care, to include 11 new and four expanded collaborations with service providers. The move will enhance Walgreens’ at-home COVID-19 testing capabilities, among other services.

The larger digital platform also will provide increased services spanning diabetes healthcare technology, hearing, vision, colon cancer screening, lab testing, mental health, musculoskeletal pain and non-surgical back and neck rehabilitation. With these additions, individuals can access more than 45 national and local healthcare service providers, Walgreens said.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, remote access to healthcare services during the pandemic may better serve homebound seniors with medical conditions. Use of the Walgreens platform has increased to nearly 20 million visits during the pandemic, the company said.
